The Central Office Treasurer will:

• Prepare the monthly financial statement and reconciliations of the Central Office and
present them to District 11. If the Central Office Treasurer is not available, the report shall
be presented by the District 11 Treasurer.
• Prepare and present an annual budget at the September District 11 Meeting.
• Present year-end (October 31) statements at the December District 11 Meeting.
• Assist the Central Officer Manager in paying bills, mailing cheques, and entering and
recording all transactions in the computer system.
• Calculate and provide the cost of goods and present this with the annual budget.
• Ensure that all cheques have two (2) signatures. Payees do not sign for their own
expenses.
• Review the AA Guidelines on Finance (MG 15) from the General Service Office at
www.aa.org
• Access and use the assigned email, through the District 11 Webmaster.
