ABOUT YOUR CENTRAL OFFICE
Purpose:
Our purpose is to support AA groups and individuals seeking recovery from alcoholism. Your Central Office provides services, information, and literature to help AA groups and the public. We are supported by the AA groups in District 11 and through sales of AA literature, sobriety chips, medallions and other AA merchandise.
Services:
▪ Providing Information about Alcoholics Anonymous and its recovery program to the public, AA members and groups.
▪ Providing a clearinghouse for information about AA events, activities, and group anniversaries, meeting lists & the newsletter.
▪ Providing a central point for services to AA groups and individuals.
▪ Providing a retail store that stocks and sells:
▪ AA World Service literature, the Grapevine publication and other merchandise such as monthly chips, bronze medallions, small gifts, clocks, etc.
▪ Engraving your milestone birthday medallions (note: please provide minimum 2 weeks notice)

Located on the east side of Adelaide St., between Nelson St. and Thames River (next to/just north of the chip wagon)

Monday – 12noon to 3:30pm
Wednesday -12noon to 3:30pm
Every other Saturday – 12noon to 3:30pm ▪ Closed most statutory holidays.

▪ Is run entirely by sober volunteers, including the Office Manager.
▪ Has about 15 volunteers that help to keep things running.

COFFEE & FELLOWSHIP
Your Central Office isn’t just available as a retail outlet for AA Literature. We also welcome you to drop in for COFFEE & FELLOWSHIP during our open hours. If you’d like to hang out in a safe and friendly place with other like-minded people in Alcoholics Anonymous…. PLEASE DROP IN!

An In Memoriam Plaque Wall is now on permanent display at the Central Office. If your group has someone who has passed and wishes to honour them with a memorial plate, please fill out the submission form here. This can also be done on an individual basis.
